Frequently asked questions
What sizes do you offer?
Every image is available as a Fine Art Poster in two sizes: A3 (42 × 30 cm / 16.5 × 11.7 in) and A2 (59 × 42 cm / 23.4 × 16.5 in).
How are the prints made?
Each print is made to order by a professional lab on premium 200 gsm archival paper, using pigment inks rated to last 100+ years without fading.
Do prints come framed?
No, prints ship unframed so you can choose a frame that suits your space. Both sizes fit standard off-the-shelf A3 and A2 frames.
How long until my print arrives?
Because prints are made to order, they ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery time on top of that depends on where you are, and you'll get a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, prints ship worldwide, with free shipping on every order.
Can I request a size or image that isn't listed?
Quite possibly. Get in touch with what you have in mind and I'll let you know what's possible.

Shipping
All prints are made to order and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Every order ships worldwide with free, tracked delivery. Transit time after dispatch varies by destination.
Returns
Because each print is produced individually for you, I'm not able to accept change-of-mind returns. However, your order is covered if something goes wrong: if your print arrives damaged, faulty, or misprinted, email me at paviephotos.au@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and I'll arrange a free replacement or a refund.
Cancellations
Need to cancel or change an order? Contact me as soon as you can. If it hasn't yet gone to the lab, I can usually sort it out.
Your data
Privacy policy
Pavie Photos respects your privacy and only collects what's needed to answer your messages and fulfil your orders.
What I collect
- Your name and email address, when you use the contact form.
- Your name, email, and shipping address, when you place an order.
Payments
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe, so they never pass through or get stored on this site.
Who I share it with
I share your details only as needed to run the store and fulfil your order, for example with Stripe (payment processing), Gelato (printing & delivery), and my hosting and email providers. I never sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, at any time by emailing paviephotos.au@gmail.com.

Orders & pricing
All prints are made to order. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). I do my best to keep product details and pricing accurate; if an obvious error affects your order, I'll contact you before it's printed.
Copyright
All images on this site are © Pavie Photos and remain my property. Buying a print is for personal display only and does not transfer any copyright, reproduction, or licensing rights. Please don't copy, resell, or reproduce the images.
Liability
My responsibility for any order is limited to the value of the product purchased. This doesn't affect any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
